I haven't seen L2v source code so I can't tell what is that amazing. But I know L2jmatrix. 10 days without restart is nothing very amazing as I did 14 days uptime with 400+ players online just using vanilla l2j. Of course the trick here is how you setup the hardware, system, java triggers, database configuration etc. Also l2j's limitation is around 2000-2500. I have seen 2100 on vanilla l2j hellbound.

I just thought that PunisherTheOne had more things to show as developer than just uptime. I am waiting.

What is l2v? L2v is an project created august 2007 by PunisherTheOne based on l2j we started to improve it our own way to get more stability and more features, our top uptime is 10 days without restart with 400+ players on, l2v's limitation of players is like 2k players for now, we do have sometimes bugs but we are working hard to fix them.



Give it a try and tell me that u liked it, Server started this month

I know that has nothing to do with l2jmatrix, I just said that I have no idea what L2v has so special. Well your answer was more detailed and better than main topic. Hehe.

Personally I won't play (I have my own server and I play on Retail) but looks worth to try.

well, i also fail to see the point in making dances/songs 10 min and buffs 30 min if dualboxing is not allowed.

Some time ago there was one server US based nothing special - 1h bufs dances , songs , 10x it was higly populated for that time (c3 off platforms aka moded c1) and it was great - it was around the time paradise started so there were also low rate servers with retail like bufftime , ofc there were many other famous and better srvrs than those i mentioned at that time.

I don`t see the point of making a x15 srvr and still trying to stay as close to retail as possible - if u want x15 create one - increase drops , rb chance and amount quest chance and amount sp xp , and so on - that`s for a true x15 rated server. If someone wants the popular x15 mid rate servers k - do it as u wish.

I`ve never seen server as balanced as retail - why everything there is x1 , but u won`t see a prv srvr with all their rates at x3, x4, x5 or higher - why isn`t it a x5 or x? rate server ?
