Our test period will have several phases until the final stage 3.

Phase 1 = Skills and everything related to it
Phase 2 = Npcdata and everything related to it
Phase 3 = final polishing,general suggestions and tweaks

During each phase , please focus only on testing what is the subject of test for that period.

Phase 1

*We will start with the skills and its polishing to reach retail level as close as possible. We already did some work, but now we need more eyes and fingers in order to be completely sure we didnt miss some of the skills.

During test period:

-all chars will be maximum level (85)
-SOE to giran and adena.
-Shop, Buffers are available in Giran town.
-further improvements and additional features to be added.. (as on request too).

***Dont forget we already had Hellbound server in the past, so things will go more faster then you can imagine, however we need your eyes in order to keep everything in order.

Do you have to open it now? There is already a HB server thriving, why split the community? Never understood this about server owners. Instead of waiting a couple of months for other server to close its circle and have a chance to get even more players they open servers one on top of the other.

Hellbound OBT has been announced. We are focusing on getting our IL Substack (Tarantula) server updated to Hellbound, also coming with a never ever seen unique concept. More info about it TBA.

There is announced mid rate retail HB, but nothing extra info is given yet, nor planned for now.
We are focusing on HB files, and Tarantula server.

updates:

Phase 1 is over now. All reported and known issues to skills have been fixed.
Any leftover minor issues will be fixed on sight.

We are focusing now on Phase 2 which means NPC and everything related to it. A bigger volume of update already applied to them.

We are also adding sub-stack npc, this affects only Tarantula server, ppl will be able to test classes, so do we can adjust balance.

opening a new server with the stolen files from L2Citadel ?

There are no "stolen" files, is just the same paid extender. The only differences are in scripts, since they made own fixes. About who stole and what, you would not imagine the background of this whole story.

I don't know where do you get this fake info, but this is damaging both projects and I will ask a moderator to remove such a stuffs.
We are running our servers for more than 10 years now, I'm sorry you never heard of Dragon-Network and it's unique Sub-Stack system. We were running all type of chronicles back then, EVEN CT1.5 (Hellbound) yes ... c4 based Hellbound back in 2009-2011~
This a new Gracia Final based extender and it has nothing to do with "L2Citadel".

yes a bit too early, all I can say no game breaking at all, you will not see any weapons or armors on donate
