Just to update this topic (I am the lead dev over at AL2)

Rates have received an increase.


Spoils are now 7x amount with a 6x chance.
Drops are 6x amount on mats with a 6x chance
Weapons, Armor, LS, Enchants Scrolls etc. Are 1x amount and 5x chance.
Most quest rates have received increases as well, such as Yoke of the past (aka scrolls of ancient magic, now drop 5x the amount and drop more frequently) Fragments of the dimension also drop more frequently and give a greater amount, Giants Cave Quest and the Quest in the imperial tomb now drop more frequently and give more amount wise.

We also recently increased the level cap on newbie buffs, you will now receive buffs, up to level 53 for all characters on your account and not just the very first one.

We fix bugs as they come to our attention, in most cases, they're fixed the very same night. We are aware at how unprofessional it looks, but all that matters is that the server is up anyway.
