There aren’t any details regarding what Chronicle they will use, they just named it a “classical chronicle”. From the screenshots we know that on May 28 Lineage 2 Classic Server will start with a Chaotic Chronicle where we have max level 75 and top B-grade items. In the 4th quarter of 2014 the max level will be raised to 80 and players will gain access to A-grade items and in the 1st quarter of 2015 the max level will be 85 and S-grade items will be available. They may also add the Kamael class in 2015. Until then they will collect enough feedback to see if players want to move further to Gracia or keep the current version.




would be interesting if they create a EU server aswell

Bot fest as usual since NCSoft will never put in that extra effort to build and maintain bot protection or because it will cost them too much money.

The funny things is only a week or 2 ago there was a 3 page forum post on the official forums about PlusOneL2 and a debate on NcSoft opening a classic server. The thread was deleted and now NcSoft announce something like this....funny how that works.

do u realize this project was started on the korean forums long before l2plus was announced on pmfun ?



Atm is only a korean server, mby later will move on to eu aswell.

Anyway bot is ok if the gms are active banning full pts on afk botting

Ah ok didn't know when and where exactly, just found it weird about that thread and than seeing your post here.

As I remember back in the day GMs were fairly active on bots but they got less and less active against them. Anyways should be interesting to see I just wish they would implement bot protection as it is proven with a very large community handling them manually usually proves to be to much.

OMG... Thats my dream. A server that start in C1 and end in interlude!!! I made a topic here some time ago that discuss why there is no private server of this kind, only servers with one chronicle in which people reach and game and quit. Now I see that it's possible to have such kind of server.

Yeah its awesome but how long will it takes to come to EU/NA..? half year? one year? maybe 2? anyway now is only way PlusOne2 cy all there ;)

There are no good files for C1 -> C5 and devs with the needed skill to do a project like that are very few. The time needed to develop and test each chronicle as well is very large. I have considered and discussed it with people long ago but it was just too much work.

Yeah... we came to that conclusion too. But actually it can be done with C1-C3-C6, so If C6 files are good you only need to prepare the other two. I have played a C1 last year and the files looked good.

Anyway, we'll see what will happen in Korea with this "classic project".

Are there any other news, more detailed, regarding this classic project? Considering beta opening is in 5 days, you'd expect to see way more informations about this considering thousands of players waited for news like this for years ...

finally it took long time for these tards to get what ppl want and what was best chronicles.....
but i still dont get what chronicles it will be? they should do c1 and all updates till gracia~ gameplay, if they will do c3 > gracia > h5 this will be big fail....

btw if i understood corectly it is just korean server, not NA or EU....

also x1 rates will be deadly for many ppl, and might cause fail... but since this is global.... x1 might be the rates....

From what I have been able to find there is so far nothing regarding opening a Legacy NA / EU server. I actually kind of doubt they will open one NA / EU. People have been asking it for years on the OFF forums and it has always been ignored or just given a flatout no.

if the korean project will be successful then they will open a NA/EU server aswell, but it all depends on who will manage those servers...


Anyway I want to give a try to the korean server aswell, I ll look for any EU translation pach for their client.
