I was just wondering, what are today thoughts about a L2 Epilogue server? Is it worth opening one? Or is it still Interlude - H5 ?
Also , what rates will be best for today market? Been away awhile so I don't really know what is new trend does days!

I think it will be great, that if you can get l2 off files, sadly you can't, so you should try modded l2off gf files.

Yes well, I receive words that the Epilogue files are build on the same platform as H5, which theoretically ( as I don't have enough data , yet ), everything ( major things at least ) should work.
But I agree, OFF files would have been even better.

About the GF OFF files. I do not have them, nor I know at this time, from where to get them.

I am open for suggestions however. We are still yet to decide which version of L2 we should run.

Interlude or H5 ( or .. Epilogue ) !

Epilogue is fail chronicle. Even global rushed to update it. Nukers everywhere. Nuker spots updated and get free spot for s+ gear items.

f@ck no. if you want be different. Make HB project or even c5/c6 x15 server. It sounds funny, there are tons of ru c6 servers or high rate pvp server around the world. But not a single is x15.

True, Epilogue is the start of the revamped zones in Lineage 2 and somehow, nukers gets a bit of advantage, but I don't believe that is a big advantage.
Having said that, EP it's just the start of the revamped zones, but it's not a big difference in comparation with say .. GF, in terms of zones.

About C5/C6 , well .. I remember 2 years (?) ago, that a guy got the old Supreme L2 C5 files and even got in the team the .. creator of them. Yet, they failed after few months despising the big hype which was before the start.

It seems people believe ( for some good reasons here and there ) that Interlude , GF and H5 are the best chronicles.
While I believe the same , I also believe that Epilogue is not that bad !

But, as I said, I am open for suggestions. However, a x15 server sounds nice !

Whatever chronicle you choose the server will be abandoned after very short period if no new content is added.

I had made a discussion in this forum about the idea for server that change chronicles in few months, for example: C1 -> C3 -> C6.... But we came to conclusion that this is impossible. No good files, very much work.

I thing a long term server is possible only with L2Classic files, I heard DEX will make one soon.

That's why I refuse to open yet another of the same server where only rates are different and some bla bla things.

What can I say at this time, is that we are aiming to open a server with custom zones ( exemple : Blazing Swamp ) , where while you are in that zone, full loot pvp will be enable. You die, you lose everything.

Few things I would like to add! If a player dies in a Pvp Zone ( BS for exemple ) :

1) A red player will lose everything
2) A Flagged player will keep 2 items
3) A White player will keep 3 items
All from the equipped ones

To balance the full loot pvp and the economy and items, we are thinking to add some changes to the drop and spoil rate, along with a buff , like if you are in a pvp area, every player will get a buff which reduce pvp damage by 50%. This is to combat somehow, the 1 shot .. situations. Also every player will receive a passive buff which will have an internal CD and while under the effect of the passive buff, you will keep an extra item.
Also, if you are in a Full Loot Pvp Zone of level 20-40 for exemple, only players between that range, can attack each-other. This is to also combat that "cool level 70 kid" , which he feels that it's his right to come and paw paw newbies.

And many more additions which all are based on the full loot pvp .

More infos I will be able to share in the next few weeks, with hopeful , at the same time, a closed/open beta will start. Right now it's in internal test. Expect a video presentation soon (tm) enough.
