well i dont know anything about tales, but im playing eoa, and i can promise u it havent 50 ppl as someone said... its full of ppl, that's for sure, but im just giving info

none ,but if have to choose - tales even if there's worse fails than eoa. Eoa has too dirty history and he is old as well. |

l2tales is the most stable mid rate server for now, with 2k online, yes 2k online not 50 online like eoa |

I started a char on l2tales, looks nice for now. THe main thing im concerned with is the endgame donation, but doesnt look that bad for now. |
