That may be, but still not adviseable. Some players will turn in the door. Open forum means open and friendly server. You will need every single player. L2 is not what it once was. Chance of failing whitin the three first months are greater than the chance of success. Sad to tell you.

If you'r gonna bump this topic for more than 3 weeks, the moderators might remove the topic. Why not open a public test server? Then we'll have something to chat about, both here and in your own forum??

According to website, server is up and running. For a testserver, most hardware will do. No need for costly dedicated servers. Those willing to test will not mind some glitches, if they know theese issues are sorted out once the server opens. And it will keep the players attention. You have a community to build.

Any news? Will admin pick up the thread? Setup seems quit retail. Retail-like class quests? Will 7 signs work as on retail? Ever considered changing to Gracia Final, or even Hellbound? Would give possibilities for later upgrades, and prolong server life if it catches up speed....... But anyway, Epilogue is a fine chronicle, glad you make a try!
