MMl2 was shut down for a number of reasons and one of the biggest was the level of corruption. A whole clan was formed from past GM's that got to actively use weapons they made when they had GM power...they also passed them out to their friends in their own clan.

One clan would have people who never donated having 10-12 +35 weapons with the rarest augmentations on all of them. Also they tweaked some of their chars to have hidden passive abilities, like RB health (2x/3x health).

MML2 was a piece of shit server that had a clan of GM's that ran around killing everyone. Hopefully it's not like MMl2.
