Hi everyone. We, L2Hektor staff, are excited for the beggining of this project and we are really ready to put any effort it takes to get it at top. We've already experienced tons of servers since c1 and we know the competition is tough, people are demanding, the period isn't the best one to start from the beggining BUT having all that in mind we know that being less than exact and consistent on the scene will fail you. We dont have any intentions to fail. We will work hard to provide a friendly server, with stable economy, stable files, sophisticated and balanced gaming system. We will have professional staff to work with us and we'll be there when our players need us. We don't consider ourselves to be better than anyone in here, we just know who we are and what we can offer.

Do communty really need mp pots/ full npc buffer?
Many server started in last time with same features and all of them failed after max 3~ month
So i suggest to say good by for mana potion and npc buffer.

We'll try to stabilize our economy with a custom adena sinking system and a few custom events, just to have a longterm server. Beta will really help us out to do so.

you guys are overthinking this to much...
no mana pots and no buffer will mean a 200community server
ofc it would appeal more to me but i dont want to play on an empty server and i guess you dont want to either
so just open a typical mid rate with good files
