which is the most prefered Mid rate options

We are opening a new server and require an opinion on the options.
It will be mid rates between 15x and 25x

Do you prefer with a buffer and mp potions or without?

We are very experienced in running game servers, and we have a pack that is incredible!

Vote guys! i will publish details of this exciting project once we have fully decided what exactly we are doing in regards to buffer/mp
trust me it will be worth the effort we have more things working than any l2j server i have ever seen.

its these 2 options only not a mixture, if ur fully buffed u mightaswell have mp
if ur not fully buffed u dont need mp and if u have mp it makes certain character more OP for farming and pvp

my opinion as a former player is MP potions ruin the game but its being put at a vote so whatever happens here is how it will be

u want to let failures who don't have a clue about the game decide how ur server will be?
or ur making just another serbidor who's only interest is making money from those failures that like mp potsky servidors and donate for +100 items ?

The aim is to make a server exactly how most of the players who chose to join it decide.

my personal opinion on mana potions does not reflect everyones view. i could make a server how i wanted but id rather make a server how players wanted it so then atleast i am not wasting my time.

If we have donations they will not be designed to inhibit game play and have star wars characters running around. and IF we have donations, they will all be published. no annonimity no hiding anything.
