Just as title says
In this topic i will rely what i see as a perfect pvp server

1.Rates
here rates are better from 2k+ since you will join this server for the pvp and pvp is done at max lvl so shortening the time 2 lvl is key here

2.Enchants/Equip
Since you joined 2 do pvp the gear should be easy to obtain for every1 so a perfect server will have cheap gear at a custom shop prefered with max enchant already to avoid all the stupid grind
Only thing i dont want is element stones/life stones or custom items on the server. These should be farmable to make some variaty on the server so people wont get bored

3.Donations
Here is were all the servers fail very often. They dont think things through or dont/cant maintain the server without them or just want to get rich.
A PERFECT DONATION SYSTEM is like the dex system only with a few changes.
Dexternet ( a.k.a Dex servers ) use a point system. You buy a certain number of donation points and with them purches different options like the famous premium account or offline shop tickets and so on and so forth.
My idea is somewhat different. Instead of laying out the options i prefer to make it a little more interesting and this is how i would do it:
- I would put a random reward feature that works like this : you pay a certain number of points and get a random reward depending on server specs from accesory to epic jwls and stuff like that
Each time you participate in this random reward you get a code that you imput on the main site together with your account info and get ingame a mail with the reward
- Since i already though that most players wont risk there money i will also put a stable reward system like pay x points get z reward just like dexternet has only i rise the prices like3x 4xthe price of random reward feature
- And last but not least is the donation item itself. I wont put items that give a overwelming advantage to the donator over the normal player since that kills most servers. I will put ofcourse stuff that attracts people at somewhat high price but also make it somewhat easy obtainable ingame so that ALL players have a fair chance in pvp

4.Server features
I wont add custom stuff except class npc/gm shop/global GK you dont need anything else to start pwning in pvp. Also class balance is a must this is also a reason most pvp servers dont shine very much

5.Publicity
There are lots of ways to make publicity of your server but the best way is 1 i saw on the server im playing atm ( wont give name to avoid advertising stuff ). If server gets a certain number of votes on the site the GM gives some rewards to the online players. A more complex and interesting system would be ( imo ) this :
-When you vote you get a number of donation points ( a small 1 ) that you can later spend on random reward feature or other stuff etc.

6.Server rules
The basic ones like no scaming no insults etc you know. I saw that some servers forbid badmouthing the donators and this i dont like. If the donator started the arguement and insulted the player he will be equaly punished as any other player. Same goes for GM's. No 1 is above the rules of the server and i mean NOBODY!. Here can e added also a bonus for reporting bugs/exploiters/bots/corrupt gms/etc. that also get donation points

This is what a perfect pvp server should look like.
Feel free to comment my opinions but plz do it in a mature way.
