As title says
This is my opinion on a mid rate server

1.Rates
Rates should be from 20x to 70x beyond that it turns into a high rate server

2.Features
Only custom feature that it should have is the class manager for the first 2 class changes since its boring as hell 2 do the quest. Still you can do the quests if you like and enjoy it. Also the class manager will tax you with a number of items/adena/stuff that can be earned via a custom quest/mob drop/bought from other players ( i prefer adena as price easy to get for every1 )

3.Donations
Same as in my High rate topic so go read there not gonna waste time/space

4.Server rules

5.Publicity

1 thing i would like to mention is that no matter how well the server is set up no matter how good the class balance is or how well the dev team/gm team does there job the comunity will ALWAYS play a big role in the server grade and that is a variable that no GM or server owner can change
If the comunity is nice the server can be nice as well even if its unbalanced/lags/etc
If comunity is bad then no server feature can save the server

sry my friend but i dont like the donations system on dex

if u buy premium account u get extra advantage which i cant get w/o donating
same goes for offline shop
i prefer donation system on rpg even if it includes "cakes' bcuz even non-donators can get donation items what makes the game pretty balanced for every1 - donators cant have anything better than non-donators and this is called balanced donation
anyway premium account is only useful on servers with morons like catalin who make the population cap as low as possible forcing ppl to donate and donation should be only effect of my free will to help server

scamming should be allowed - if u got scammed its ur reward for high level of stupidity
and here i am 1 step ahead - no im not scammer

yeah its true if you buy gemstones D as sops from a shop without looking then yeah your theperfect idiot and GM cant do sh1t to help you
im refering to account related scamming or trade scamming or stuff more "complex"
scamming means stealing stuff and theft is a crime to me
