It has nothing to do with the client, it is the server files themselves that are in Russian. The game client is not a translator, it only display whatever the server html dialogue text is written. The only thing you can do with the client is change the login text box, options, etc but not the actual game.

The servers you might want to check are RPG-Club (largest) and The Online.ru

Because the Gracia Final PTS files that were leaked are from the official Russian L2 servers and their files are all written in Russian.

Since they are not selling those files outside of Russia it is doubtful you will ever see it in English as it would take weeks or translating and rewriting the files and I do not see them doing that.

They just want the files online so they can start collecting their donation money.

la2 ru servers are free cos they got prem accs for boxing ect and donates.
same whit russian aion servers na/eu server prefer paying for acc and no donate.
