Hello, I am currently looking for a high-rate server where I could chill after work; prefferably Kamael, HB, Gracia or Hi5.
Requierements:
- as close as possible to retail gameplay
- no custom items
- no bots (am I asking for too much?)
- retail platform (not a must, but would be great)
- at least 30 people playing

Basically a server where you could log, farm, get nice gear, go pew pew other players.

Unfortunately what you're asking isn't very common because that would mean a quality high rate server, which is against what server owners want apparently.

If you're flexible regarding those requirements I can suggest L2-Damage.
It's not really what you requested, but it's an okay high rate server. It's L2j, Interlude and the only customs are Tattoos (you basically have a choice between +speed, +atk.speed or +c.speed).
The reason I'm recommending it despite being a common run-of-the-mill server is because they have vote rewards (though reasonable), which means the population is healthy all the time. They say it's 1k-2k but I think it's more like 500. The good part is that the population is funneled into designated farming and PvP zones, so it actually feels almost crowded actually.

It's a fun little server if you wanna kill some time. Getting +20 equipment and full epics takes a few days max so you're competitive in no time, really.
Just a word of warning that just like almost every other L2j server, the files are straight up shitty when it comes to dagger skill mechanics. So if you're planning to roll a dagger, the TH is the only viable one really. He's got a million HP and his skills seem to land all the time, even though they should be more like 60% even with the Critical Blow buff.
