I can give you an ESTIMATED time

: when he gets the files that rpg-club uses. When is that going to happen? Most probably when retail is going to advance to next chronicle, gracia plus. No ideea when retail is going to change to next chronicle, i know korea did it since may.

Why the fuck they will open a new HB server?

With many servers at gracia final/epilogue a HB server will be just lame.

Because he can't get the leaked gracia final and he won't use l2j gracia final/epilogue as most of retarded servers out there. So the only option is to use an extender ( www.nextdev.org ) that right now is HB. It will change to epilogue sometime in the future though, that's when dex will change too.

So why the fuck will he spend money on a server thats exactly the same at the others 2 servers that he have?
