Pop is actually decent. My guess is 600-800. And its stable. No mass exodus.

But admin is again sabotaging the server. Same as Eve x1 and x3.

- he is is launcing another Interlude (x50) in few days. Says its for different crowd but those who played on x3 Eve can tell that server lost a lot of players when he launched x30 in February.
- he introduced 3rd class for donation and sneaked it into server features page without any announcement or poll
- this 1+1 box limit is a lie, its actually 1+2 but again nothing announced or mentioned

I hope it stays alive for a month or two but who know how deep this greed goes. He may introduce more bs to drive it to the ground much sooner.

He knows his servers will have a decent population until Reborn opens that x1 so he will try to open as many servers as he can and add as many donations because everybody knows the server will last until Reborn only
The more boxes the better for him because people will start doing alts and change their proffesions with coins,that is why he didn`t mention precisely about 1+1/pc in the features because he knew many would have avoided to join if they knew people can actually log as many as they can using multiple PCs (same story about donations for 3rd class)
Still many people rejoin his servers everytime not realising he's opening only cash crab servers
For him this matter the most,the faster his servers die the better for him because the most income comes in the first month when everybody is using donos for proffesions or PA so its convenient for him to reopen many servers knowing he has already a decent "loyal" players who join everytime,including you
You guys deserve to get scam though because you still continue play on his server even tho you know he's a liar,corrupt and you know he's banning and deleting discord messages who reveal the truth

ppl are joining his servers because there is nothing else around. his cashgrab servers are beacon of f2p compared to dex or thousand rus servers. reborn is 5 months away.

i and most of other players joined with full knowledge of longevity of l2etina/eve servers. i know that he is sabotaging his own servers and keeps relaunching interludes to drive donos. nobody is "loyal" here.

just didnt expect him to sneak in a server feature change. thats a new low for him. since only about 40 chars could have bought it back then i doubt it even made him that much money. that was an obvious scam on all players who joined thinking that only 1st and 2nd prof are for dono (easy solo quests, 4h)

my pet theory is that some romanians (TimeForDrama) who are spending mad cash on this etina dangled some coins in front of him and he caved. tho ill probably get to the truth much later when this etina is a dead husk and nobody has anything to lose. these romanians dont seem to be bothered by the wallet warrior label so they might later tell stories how admin bends and spreads.

Do people consider 3rd class transfer for donate such an issue? I always considered it to be easier than 2nd

For the box change, even 1+1 already kills any chance of people maining buffers so whether it's 1+1 or unlimited doesn't make that much of a difference imo

Donating is when you give money and get NOTHING.

Just saying, "donating" has gotten a whole different meaning since I was a kid 50 years ago.

Threads like this make me never want to go on an online server again and just play solo on the one I'm looking at right now.

Good point Beppie Funnily enough, since English is not my first language, when I was young I legit thought of "donation" as a purchase of goods and services, since I saw it everywhere on private L2 servers as a way of buying ingame stuff I guess people started using it for legal reasons (since A, private L2 servers were never really kosher from legal standpoint and B, I guess taxes?) and it just sticked around.

2nd class is a trip between npc that takes like 3-5hrs. it can be done on any class and without any help. 3rd class takes days for casuals. some classes cannot do it alone. you need to kill 100s of 75+ lvl mobs.

but that's not the point is it? admin was advertising the server for months as a 1st and 2nd class donation only server. server features are a commitment. you do not change rates. you do not change p2w features, you do not change box policy. definitely not in secret.

Hmm, the 3rd never took me too long wherever I played, I always just logged in in the early morning hours where there wasn't much traffic and pew pewd it quite quickly (though granted I mostly played healers which can farm efficiently there). But you are right, it's about the principle, I agree with that.
