Just because you give people free vip accounts to go to Giran doesn't mean there is a lot of people, not to mention you can use offline shops. But the reality is.

1. People are still getting DC since day 1.
2. Cursed weapons drop way to much as another person said, and people just log with them, log in when they feel or have a clan protect them. I saw the swords drop 4 times in 6 mins.
3. Spoil rate is too low for how high the exp is. Should be 100 percent to give items to the community.
4. Even with the metal event you can tell there is no community because people are buying them for such a low amount.
5.I don't believe windows 10 users can log in, even though on servers like l2dawn they can, but that server is also a low population.
6. No active gm's
7. People selling gold for 1 euro and you get like 8 mil. You get spammed this in giran.
8. Bugged quest.
9. No people looking for parties.
10. Class change 3 mil is too high should be 500k like l2 extreme was back in the day.\
11. Not newbie friendly.
12. server online counter is fake.
13. Says it's a hardcore server, the rates say otherwise and don't balance.
14. No economy.
15 No community.

There was around 1k people playing when I started now it's around 300, people are even dropping items on the ground and leaving. I saw someone with ant ring the first day, and someone has a Draconic bow already the first week. It makes me wonder how, when 95 percent are in c grade or use shadow weapons.. The characters name was Mat. (the person with the draconic bow)

I can play with windows 10, dunno what you're talking about. For the rest I won't comment. No server is perfect, you just have to choose one among them and stick to it.
