Yep it will pickup once the advertising begins. Vlad doesn't want to start advertising to early and have people impatient for a live date if there are delays. He has said that I can start really advertising at sometime in the next week and that means also afaik a solid live date

Not to mention that you can earn IG currency(for 1/2nd class) by helping admin with arvertising/making guides for new players.

This game start after reaching 61 and till that time its just grindining. If you look for server with literally no donation i suggest you to pay bills for the maintenance of server.

Are u ever play this game hello game start from 1lvl on rate x1 donation for 1st and second class mean pay to win cos x1 server will take u alot adena and time to make the quest so there comes the donation = end of normal economy on server when donator take they 1st class on spoiler and u kill bears on x1 for 3 h its so fuk nice .And to learn something conception of this game is to make u equal (same class same skills on the ,clasеs almost same gear ) and all depent from skills on player
So dont tell me this is nothing cos free class quest is alot for server x1 and ncsoft is make some quest harder like destro quest for reson like spolier crafter cos if its eazy all will make crafters spoilers and destros like i see in alot of server with donation class or buy with adena so next time befor u writing read a bit for the game or learn from older players that u...And im ok to have donation like old servers for stuff ho dont toch the game just hats colors names change name and stuff like this ... I am about 100% sure that both my knowledge and experience in l2 far exceeds yours, on every kind of low/mid/high official. on Interlude 2nd class is simple nothing can be done by anyone in some time. What advantage will get a guy who buy both 1/2 class over a guy who are making it on his own? 3-4 levels on 1x? and what is he going to do with that? You have used some smart words Pay to win, now explain me pls how is donator winning a server cause of 4 hours he spend exping instead of doing quests and exping meanwhile.

You have no clue about this game. On decent servers with competitive sides the only major thing that matters is time spent on exping and gearing up, thats how you are winning server. Players will never be equal cause of the time they are dedicating. No lifers will always be stronger and better than lowbies thats the rule no1

Well, first of all: I am not going to pick sides on whether there should or shouldn't be donations for 1st and 2nd, but I do want to respond on the topic about 'affecting gameplay'.

There are two things that will happen when donations for 1st and 2nd are available in a server:

1) It is a fact that, especially on very lowrate servers, people don't want to spend time making a dwarf because of the 1st and 2nd quest. One can think about this whatever he wants, but, like I said. It is a fact. The both quests are reason for (more lazy or casual players) not to start a dwarf next to their main char, or even as a main char. So, taking away those quests will naturally generate more dwarves on the server. Or at least risks that. More dwarfs on server will mean more shots on server, more people selling shots, more dwarf manufacture stores etc. etc. This will affect prices and therefore server economy in the early stages of a server.

2) 2nd class change costs a LOT of teleporting money. Getting 2nd for 'free' with donations will mean that the specific char will:

- save the money he would have wasted on teleporting
- could farm mobs from 35 to 40 that are more efficient adena wise and save/farm even more adena this way.

So, comparing a toon that did the quests versus someone that donated for them will result in the finding that the donator has way more adena on lvl 40 than the one who did it the regular way. This may result in the donator being able to get C gear earlier than the one who did it the regular way. For individual casual players or small groups this is not a problem. For them it wont matter if they are behind or ahead. But for big clans that want to fight for a share in the raids/epics/castles etc. it will mater. Donator clans can get ahead, and therefore an advantage over others, this way. Not by playing the game better, but by donating.

People that claim to have a lot of l2 experience will know that both things WILL affect a lowrate (especially a x1 w/o dualbox) server.

I don't care about the discussion if it is a bad or a good thing to have donations for class change. I like the idea of this server and will most certainly give it a try. But please, don't claim it has no effect on server and server economy.

Oh also. PLEASE dont compare experience and stuff on this board. L2 is such an old game that I bet that most people posting here have at least some years of experience. Different experience yes, but still. It's like a bunch of african americans trying to compare who has the longest D. Newsflash: They all have a long D! Besides that, trying to win an argument by telling how 'experienced' you are is so 'highschool' and just shows to me how uncertain you are about the value of the point itself you are trying to make.
