there are no decent files available for hellbound, that's the reason you don't see any servers opening with hb, long ago there were some russian teams whom developed files but sadly they are gone just as the servers with them
russian off joined at gf chronicle..
there is no point opening a java hb, it would fail fast as we've seen few weeks ago

I read on some forum that few ppl work on hb files but I there are no news about any of them so..

L2Toxic forum is dead. Why? (maybe because it's very early in the morning)
They open a new server, I'm rly surprised about the low activity.
But the Russian Shockworld community is very active/nice.
No hate just sayin: this international server will be very Russian. (idc, can speak/read their language)

"Well, I'm super curious about the specific info. that you are going to post about the rates. Because as far as I'm familiar with them, it might as well happen, there'll be better adena drop rate on lvl around 60-65 than on 76++, due to rates differences. I don't want to see people making alts to farm adena in Exectuion Grounds for their main characters lvls 76+ (;D). Same goes for spoil rates. Imagine spoil rate 7x on 40lvl for e. g. SoP/CBP and 2x spoil rate for same materials on 76lvl. How is that beneficial for anyone to go higher lvls farming areas? And as always, I still cannot figure out why are these "dynamic" rates better then rigid ones. Hopefully your post later on about exact rates, explained to the very last detail, will change my and almost everyone else's minds!
