No offense but new website and forum is still not ready! And btw you got 2k+ members on forum but I seriously doubt there's gonna be that many people on live since there's maximum 20 members posting... So hurry up and finish new forum to check how many are interested.

idk if will be more than 800 on peak time, but for a mid rate is ok, at least for me + summer is coming so lot of noob kids will start playing mmos.. so for 3-4 months server population wont be a problem

Last Max (also during summer) we had peak at 1200 and this Max has even better features, it's all about advertisement.

Well its like you said, advertisement is a major factor and can determine the number of community. On the other hand, judging by the number of people that are active on forum, I think KAOS was dead on, 800 at best is way more realistic! I hope you prove me wrong though since I'm planing on joining your server...we'll see!

better retail is a while since I crafted last full plate

x23 sound be too much for me, I think better is x15 to stay a mid rate server.
But I will take a look at start if there is many ppl, and mostly retail features ofc.

BTW, I didn't see any rate for normal quest item drop

The Q drop rate kinda depends on particular Q, check forums for Seductive Whispers Q rates, IT/FOG etc.

so it's x1 for all and u change only the rate of particular quest ?

I don't think so, I suppose all Q drop rates are increased since server is 23x, but I am no GM, you need to ask Domino.

Zero hour quest drop rate of "Fang of Stakato" increased (1x 100%)
Zero hour rewards amount increased
Quest item ancient pouch drops 2x the amount
Ketra/Varka badges quest drop item changed to 1x and drops 100%
Changed Legacy of Insolence mob quest drop amount => 1-2
Reagent pouches changed to give 1-2 with 80% drop rate
FOG/IT relics are droped 1x 100%
Seductive Whisper give 1-3 items. (Retail chance)
A game of cards give 1-3 items. (Retail chance)
