Try to gather more people and advertise more. It would be awesome if you can gather 600-700+ players on the server. Else it will be boring

indeed without atleast 500 ppl not even worth to play there and also make all/tradechat global till new heroes are released.

Thats our goal, start the server with at least 500 players, we have some aces yet to adversite it when Beta opens.

What at end gonna be? SWS/BD/prophet/wc needable? Buff time,what about FG 74,81,aaand oly period gonna start from begin?

Thats not 100% decided but, seems to be:

-Buffer will be needeable for high lvl buffs(Buffer will have basic buff enought to lvl up and make decent pvps but not the stronger ones), buff times seems to be perfect on 1 hour for normal buffs and retail time for dance, songs, dorfs , kamael and pets buffs.
-Forgotten scrolls 83+ will not be in any way on the shops (btw oly price is lowered for them and codex like on upper chronicles), 81 ones are under discussion but it seems that they dont gonna be in.
-Olympiad perdiod will be 15 days, and they will start with the begin of the server.

kinda gay imo, all buffs except 83 forgotten scrolls shoud be avaible per npc buffer, i dont get why ppl want to port back to town to rebuff every hour. add 81 forgotten scrolls into shop.

No... You don't have to go back to town to buff, you have to get a buffer in your party in the first place. It would be a ruin if it's a l2off server and it wouldn't be close to retail. The game is pretty much ruined same with the game balance if you make dances/songs or other buffs longer than they are supposed to be. Normal buffs are accepted because they have 20 minutes anyway, but for dances and songs you need to have them by your side everytime you pvp if you want to use them. BD/sws's have they role in pvp, same for cancel sticks/ cancel skills / steal divinity, etc. How do you want to kill a top geared bishop with full buffs and EE in back w/o canceling him? That's why you need to have good buffers in your party, to buff up the canceled buffs asap in order to win. This game is more than just "more dps = win". You need good crowd controls, good buffers, and everything to win a 9 v 9 or a good mass pvp.

It's not really high rate... it would still take time to go up to 85 with all the subclasses and all, and why not? It's still a class on the hero monument, and an important factor in pvp. Nobody forces you to have a bd in your party, but if your enemy does, than you have to deal with it .
