OK. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I consider joining here. How is it? And I don't mean Hi5 cuz I know it sux, I mean how is farming ? (attributes, ++ skills, epics). How are the skills working? Which one don't work how they should, and how is the land rate of debuffs/blows ?
And last but not least, population?
I ask this because when I last played RF I was disappointed (back in Freya).
P.s : I'd like the opinion of a player, not a GM (no offense).

Maxim attribute lv7, IoP is both PvE & PvP zone. Mobs are a little bit stronger there. They drop the fallowing items:
Attribute stones: drop 1-2, chance 6,25%;
Attribute crystals: drop 1-2, chance 3,125%;
Top grade life stones lv84: drop 1-2, chance 3,125%;
Accessory life stones lv84: drop 1-2, chance 6,25%;
Giant's Codex: drop 1-2, lower chances (you can also get them at TvT event).
Adena drop rate is high so you can make full gear +10 / lv7 attribute in few hours.
There already are characters with +30 skills because farming fortress is easy, the KE drop has been boosted up to x5, same goes for fame rate. As for the epic jewelry, some people have Queen Ant while very few have Baium, Antharas too (Baium was killed two or three times I think, Antharas just one or two). Keep in mind that server is one month and a half old. Most of the skills work good, have not seen anyone complaining. Debuffs' land rate is ok too. Population is lower now, ~50 but that doesnt mean there is no PvP. ;)

Everyone running with +10 gear spoils it for me. Yeah I know this make individual skill more important but come on? You could as well remove enchanting all together.

We let +10 because of HP bonus thing.
