ok other solution for all who cant log in game and have can not resolve host name go into your Raidfight system and delete file s_info / than ipconfig/flushdns and enjoy game ! thx to rad000

/emoquit the server today after I made definitive assumptions that classes are indeed nerfed. I had my suspicions why there were no nukers in pvp and most play pw and tyrant. Nukers hitting for 500 dmg (the best lol was soulbreaker with 300 dark +10 rapier, nuking for 300 dmg the summon! of the summoner..), hero dagger blow for for 2k on no attr +10 light set (idk if that was normal or skill crit), and tyrants skill critting for 4k (that is tyrant with +30 skills..).

On another server i suggested to the gm why he doesnt custom for ranged classes to hit for 1 dmg, melee classes hitting for 2 everyone have 10 hp and then have fun. This server is not far from that idea, and in general does not seperate itself from most other hr pvp servers i played on.

Keep me posted when the server has 95% retail skills/stats. Makes me really mad that there is not one server on this planet, which claims itsself to be retail pvp but gm's did not have their fingers in the stats for their liking. Until then I'll look around for retail english speaking servers, preferably no farm and true instant pvp (not instant pve).

Fruitcake, I like that xD . Everything is retail-like besides the custom features we have (custom npc, no vitality, higher fame rate etc.). You now talk from your experience on various bugged servers, where necromancer does 10k dmg against 400 dark defense or stunning shot has below 1% chances to land. As I said, everything else is retail-like, including stats or dmg formulas (this does not mean they are 100% bug free tho), neither I nor Nekys did nerf anything.

Most things are retail like, but its pretty obvious that:

-soulhound is nerfed beyond useless now, and that was Liquie's class.
-dagger blow formulas are just plain wrong.

though these things were supposed to be fixed revision 10113 and nekys said "Tomorrow Sieghardt will follow."

That was on 27th of July and still siegehart doesnt have this update.

-- anyway i know you cant do anything about that syderis because raidfight is a 1 man show, and when that man seems to be absent more than usual things start to fall apart. for the record i believe u have done the best u could w/ what u were given... moving on

@NFA: you can port to IOP and you will find someone to pvp all the time, but problem is that it gets boring after a month (personally).

No pvp at sieges, no decent clans that will fight Unown. imperium never even tries to take any baium or antharas even when they know we are about to raid it...

last sieges we didnt even try to stop anyone from taking a castle. but i guess castle guards were too strong. and after we regged for schuttgart imperium didnt even show up.

We did not nerf any class, if there's something wrong in dmg formulas or whatever, you can always report it on forum. As for the last revision, I would have update Sieghardt by myself but I dont have the required knowledge to do that. Please understand that Nekys is very busy lately.

Well, lovendal, i dunno how old are you as GM in the RF community, but nekys was always "busy" in the last 2 years or so. Since the stupid Freya update everything gone plain wrong (and from these guys posts i see that it is still wrong) : the damage formulas, blow land rate, nerfing (which was good, but only for the slh), skills not working the way it should, stupid attribute gathering, epic farming.
I dunno how it is today, since i haven't played Hi5 and i never will, but i can assure u that if Nekys won't wake up and do something, as he promises since forever, ppl will leave, 1 by 1, till it dies. (as we did back on Freya)

When i know Lovendal is server's angel guardian i sleep good now
