Well atm there are no huge EU servers, but there are several russian servers with 5-10k ppl online.

When it comes to L2Dex, it good server with good files and decent population, but it's already quite a few months old and its H5. Who knows, maybe they open a new one in 2014?

I was just giving informations to that guy about state of EU server(s). H5 isn't really my chronicle.

For those who search for lowrate Gracia server, i found one that seems interesting. It's part of L2toxic and it opened recently. L2toxic has two server, i'm talking about the xDR.
