Well its a mid rate retail so it should have customs like 1st-2nd class npc and at least some C grade gear at shops. Otherwise you'll be 50+ lvl and still not done with second class or nearly 60 and still having to spoil for a karmian gloves or plated boots! The idea of 100% retail server works only if its low rate and don't honestly expect this to be like Azure! I don't know if you still have the time to be a nolifer but there is big number of players including myself that is looking for good mid server to have some fun like in the old days. Maybe this server will provide that or maybe will fail like most do, in any case there aren't any good options out there so far so I'll give it a try!

Did you bother to read anything other than the first post? Read again donations have been changed. I'll have to make another thread since I didn't know I would be unable to edit my original post.

If I wanted to make money from a server I would not have changed the donations as they are now and I sure as hell wouldn't open a 15x server. Surprised your not going to * about the rates being Custom because they are 15x.
Bottom line is the L2 community doesn't have the time or the will to grind and camp like the old days with the exception of a few. The goal is to keep the normal l2 gameplay while making the game still playable for those that do not have time to grind and camp like before.
