I have 2 questions

1. If i`m dominator for what will be better to enchant my drain (no element attack) i mean if i enchant it for some lement it will become elemental attack and other players can ressist it with their elemental ressists + buffs, but if I enchant it for power, no matter my enemies have 0 or 200 elemental ressist they cant ressist my attack. So which will be better?

2.which is better for sps to enchant hydro blast - power or water vulnerbility? I hear water vul... is like surrender to water and when my skill is with watter element and I have S weapon with water stones which will be better to enchant it for power or for water vulnerbility?

with what water vulnerbility is better than enchant for power?

1 more what will be better to enchant ice vortex for chance or for water attack and why?

chance imo because the debuff is more than deadly
