Hello, i'm new to pmfun. i would like to asks some questions if you don't mind me and my other 4 friends will be starting a 2nd char it probably will be a party for hunting and making adena's any suggestions? a friend of mine said to get EE,PP,Paladin,Berserker,WL is there any better ones? he told me to go cata with that party. or maybe better party and better spot for adena's? and i think cata really gives good pack of money. though ill be cutting it for 5 EDIT: topic name so no mod or whoever else said Out of topic |

guess if the WL exists u r going for an aoe pt then pala,zerker etc are useless 4 sho get bd,wc,sws if u can dualbox u 3 of u could roll WLs as main chars and each could box some kind of supporter and the fourth member of ur pt could be an active healer(ee for example or bish) |

umm.sws can tanks? and don't WC buffs get replaced by PP buffs and yeah... i guess PP is not needed here? well i could get 2 Warlords, but my friend said berserkers area hurts more? is this true? doesnt that somehow lack in tank and aoe? i don't know. i'm still confused in what kind of party i should build |

y zerkers mass skills aint bad but u cant compare that to 2 warlords 4 me the pp is a smallscale buffer in bigger pt u need wc and dont forget wc has vampiric(lol aoe w/o vamp=fail) and the sws wont tank>.< 2 warlords will pull the mobs and pew pew the rest is for buffs the supporters could get gwolfs too btw anything with a GW (great wolf) farms well |

SwS can tank, but in the case godsend proposed it would be a box. The pullers would be the WLs themselves (with provoke they are lolawesome pullers) And no not even a tank would be able to sustain damage from 2-3 cata rooms without UD...he would die in seconds... So tank is useless here. Better use those 2 WLs if u can get them. Get a boxed WC. The BD or SwS could be active just for pulling (not tanking). And if the server is gracia final, chose 2 from EE, SE and bishop. If older than gracia final, EE+bishop ftw Quote: my friend said berserkers area hurts more
maybe his skills make more damage, but they cant hit all the mobs at the same time like a WL who uses a pole...And WL has stuns...lots of stuns BTW getting a spoiler in there wouldnt be a bad idea also... |

yes the server is gracia final. you mean tanks area useless in cata? i've been hunting a lot in cata with a party as a berserker and there always is a tank. either paladin, temple knight etc. so. yes i might not be able to get 2 warlords but i'll try. a berserker and warlord itself is quite good isn't it ? why great wolfs are so good in pve? i always use imp kooka as berserker. and WL don't die by pulling those mobs to the tank? if there is even a tank. so. for now. the best party is: 2 WL. SWS. BD .WC? no need for healers? EE , SE , Bishop? that would need 7 people. there's only 5 for now |

well then. i think me and my friends will go for this party. WC,2 Warlord, Bishop/EE [still confused for which one], Bladedancer. is the set good for grinding adena's? |

its a great setup btw when joinin an aoe pt as a healer with both bish and ee the pt had no problems |

im still quite concerned though with a party without tanker. like paladin etc.... can these party really withstand cata at 50's? and ssm on the mid 40's till strong enough to go into cata? |

yup dont worry dude get good gears for those WLs give them buffs,get a decent healer and start owning for example the healer could get a great wolf to help the wls |

what kind of good gears? its just me and my friends already have our own focused char. so yes, getting a expensive might not be possible we just bought our own luxuries thats why... 
edit: should all of us get Great Wolf as our pet? the thing is. WC buffs cost lots of mana so imp kooka's better? and the other should get buffalos or just GW? me as the bishop will definitely get GW. |

no lol u cant compare those 2 lol a buffer char is definetly better than a buffalo/kookaburra u might lvl faster cuz the pet takes less exp but later when ur wc gets earth/war chants and cov ull feel the difference btw top wolf gear costs ~150kk the mana talks are irelevant-get a c grade robe and if u STILL feel mana problems u could get conversion or mana up wep..and if u still have mana problems that means ur doing smth wrong..the orcish mystic has the highest men ingame |

till gracia final you can aoe farm almost with everything, even paladin with polearm if in party with SE (bless the blood and pew pew) i saw once 1 dude (tank) doing like this and I lol'd hard, he pulled all mobs from cata and hide at very very end of it 
try imba farm in pagans-dance, song, SE aoe sorc or sps skills pwn soooo hard reneval and that 2nd song must be used. if you get to party that kamael which refuel 100% of your mana, you can make so high amounts of adena/exp that you can't imagine

Well, to help u understand the tank situation: WL will kill the mobs. If a tank aggros the mobs and doesnt hit them...he's dead. Also, if the mobs are focused on the tank, u wont be able to hit them all with the WL. Point b) is that, with VR+dance of vampire+active healer, u wont die with the WL. When I said WL is a great puller, I meant he can pull mobs to HIM, so HE can kill them 
As for the WC's mana, dude u have no problem when u join orc mystic+robe set. What if u use 2k mana per buff round? Its only every 20mins! xD As for pets, yes u could get some great wolves, but its not necessary though. Also dont forget that if u dont have money for 5 top gears, then get only 1 great wolf. 1 with top gear > 5 with no gear xD and also u'll get more exp with only 1 wolf
