It has nothing to do with subclass skills. You can not learn empower through subclass skills. If your class is ee/se/bishop, then you may learn 2 [4 for se] skills by linking with the other classes. The skills that can be learnt :

This update has been confirmed in gracia+, if you made your 3rd class you'll automatically find, or when u just made the 3rd class then you'll automatically grant the "formander" which is required to learn 1 linking skill. |
