Hey guys, I was planning on making a destroyer,

I was just wondering what weapon type would you guys prefer? 2hand sword/blunt? 1hand sword/blunt? or pole?

Blunt+shield for solo exp
Pole for aoe train parties
Big sword for some pvp occasions

actually... its like this... 2 handed sword for almost all situations, cursed dagger+risk haste when you plan to use frenzy :P (for faster reuse) and PoleAxe if you duo in catacombs... duo in catacombs with poleaxe is very good... lure about 5 mobs, and when ur hp is down just activate either frenzy+zealot+rage OR guts... (ofc when I say duo I mean with an WC or SE cause of vampiric rage...)

40-78 go pole into catacombs.helps a lot if you have a boxed or a friend outside party to buff you

Pvp double handed sword. Solo blunt + shield. Heavy farming means polearm (when accompanied by a healer, preferrably SE for VR). Against archers you might want to use a shield and a small blunt, cause in that way you have 2 stuns to use. On other tanks really use the double handed sword for massive damage. A destro is pretty much the hardest class to beat for most classes. Destro vs duelist in oly is pure rape for the duelist as he will remain out of mana and be forced to battle the orc.

I love to battle with Destroyers with my SpS and HK subclasses its like trying to kill a tank with a bibi-gun xaxaxaxa it lasts long and its fun :P

Lol guys ofc two-handed sword (great sword) sa focus always,dont try ds cause it sux also u need a cursed dagger risk haste for skills better reuse time....all knows that....also Lol on serenity blunt for xp? xD have u ever played destro?i think no so stfu....

LoL-> for pve find a SE or a WC and use a pole for trains o.O (it's the best way)

-> for PvP ...the situation changes...u need 2-handed sword (or either blunt, but it's better with a sword) and u also need to have a BOW with u...in case of root, slow, etc. or in case a faster char is trying to escape..

dyes for pvp imo -4 con + 4 dex/str that depends on the playstyle...personaly i'd reccomand +4 dex but it's all your choise

armors -> tallum heavy (for even more p.atk) or nightmare heavy for resisting to curses (here i'd reccomand tallum)

lol i love destroyers , today on siege i killed 2 destros by rooting and than shoting arrows on them 1 hour btw siege is only during 2 hours :/ in another hour i could get another 1 :wink:
