Fair enough, I thought it was an "utfg" kind of reply at first

But yeah our database of course works great if you're looking for a specific material, e.g. here's link for Stone of Purity - spoils are listed below and pretty much all of them have a direct link for a mob location, which is handy. It's best to check the market on your server to see what materials are most expensive to see what would be most profitable for you - for example, on some servers a CBP is even more valuable than SOP as you can't really spoil it on high levels...

Hah, thanks :P Well "utfg" means "use the f***ing google", which means telling the other guy to search it himself :D

I'm too old to learn a new language. Thanx for the lesson.

Never too late to learn something new! Though granted, forum abbreviations are not exactly the most useful "language"

I've found this one and it seems to be okay for novice Spoiler to earn good cash early.

FTFY: https://forumen.rpg-club.net/guides-148/money-money-(spoil-guide)

Cute little guide and valid for most part, though it still depends. The last H5 server I played had SOPs being kinda worthless after a few weeks (i.e. sops being bought out for 10k while e.g. steel was getting wtb'd for over 30k). Imo it's always best to have a run through market before starting the spoiling journey, and plan accordingly. Even if the amounts aren't too big on low levels, things like CBP cannot be spoiled at all after 46 (aside from dimensional rift at 60) so it may be worth targeting from the earliest levels if the price is right (tm) on the server's market :P

Money money spoil guide, 1st topic

https://forumen.rpg-club.net/guides-148 ... poil-guide)

there is no universal guide at all
different chronicles and server rates emphasize on different craft hence the materials price differs GREATLY from server to server

remember that as a spoiler you want to sell materials but someone needs to have the cash and the need of them to take them off your hands

it all depends what are the rates, what is the chronicle and how advanced are the top CPs because they are the ones buying out materials on great scale

the usual suspects you want to focus on are:
-Varnish and Iron ore -> you get whatever you can from the starter zones->ol mahums in abandoned camp-->then again ol mahums in partisan highway->if u can handle the catacombs u go there until 40, otherwise you keep on leveling and spoiling whatever you can. after 40 all depends on the market again
-animal bones and cbp
- sop (especally if people are going for subclasses already) - pointless to farm pre 40
- leather and crafted leather - so-so i never liked focusing on those mats although they made me sporadically some good cash
-coal - funny thing about coal is it is not spoilable in mid+ game phase so only in early stages and it is required for cokes->synthetic cokes
playing a spoiler is about playing the market properly - holding materials when their prices go down due to lack of demand or big competition and dumping them expensive whenever there is bigger need on the market for it so there is no 1 formula for success

what is important to remember is there are a few materials that are much much better and easier farmed at lower levels but the general rule of thumb is "do not stop your characters growth for spoils" ->the higher level u get the more expensie mats(molds, enria, thons etc) you can spoil or in bigger quantities/chances(animal bone in apostate for example)
big factor are also the buffs you can get - thats what predominantly determines where you can farm

edit: the status of castle manor is also important factor!
