Whats the name of this buff,what does it do and who gets it?

I want to know what's the name of the buff above, the one right after chant of protection. The guy that showed to me some of his pvps videos says if I want to know I got to find it on my own, well... I tried to find it here at pmfun but I was not successful.

I don't know if he's joking me, but he says that this buff is very good, increasing HP by a good amount and calls it RI. If you guys could help me by saying what's the name of the buff, what does it do, and what class gets it I would appreciate.

I know it's got to be a kamael buff... if it was any other class I would probably know (I don't know stuff from after interlude... but from interlude and before I usually do pretty well, except C5 'cause I was retired back then... I play since C2 was the official chronicle ^^).

Now I play on a HB pvp server...

just like me, I played from c4 to interlude, than was retired, and now I dont understand all this shit :D
