hello guys. I need help  i start, my destro on new server gracia final. I have a little problem with frenzy cooldown time. I equiped my Dark elven dagger with rsk.haste.... but cooldown time was still 10 minutes after use  so i was wondering if this thing with dagger is or bug repaired on GF or it is just mistake in server... ty for answers sorry for my bad english...
