Post subject:  which tank and archer why,tell reasons
i am thinking on taking up in a normal server a tank which tank you think is better? : D.A.? paladin? sk? or elf tank?
for archers? hawkeye silveranger or phantom ranger?

Temple knight (elven knight) week but generaly the best on Raids, i play one and im satisfied but soloing is pain, Cubics help a lot. But soloing only up to 50 after that you might need a buffer with ya ansd some support(any of same level range)

depending what you want to do

SK => best for pvp, excellent offensive tank, excellent shield defense in all direction, with cp potion you can kill most of other classes.

DA => semi offensive tank, his dark panther is the key in pvp, in pve it can keep aggro correctly

Paladin => excellent tank, he can also help healer with sacrifice, his resistance is still excellent and he can fight a little in pvp

TK => probably the best tank in pve but useless in pvp, the 3rd cubic is really impressive and do his job well (3rd cubic is hating/rooting cubic)
tk have great magic defense and can heal himself , life cubic heal party members too (but it heal rarely)

for soloing, DA and SK can solo efficiently due to the new banish seraph skill wich work very nicely but it cost many adenas.
paladin and tk must be in party to level correctly

For archers, most players will say HE is the best, silver ranger is still the quickest but HE always make the difference.
PR is the most offensive with high patk and dexterity

what do you mean a *normal* server? official?...anyway
if you like to pvp then go for HK (majestic light set,carnage bow with Critical bleed SA or Shyeed's Bow with focus or Draconic bow with focus,+5dex -5con +4 dex -4con,Tateossian jewels) when and if you get them all you will be a pvp machince able to critical-hit a lot and to survive under heavy fire.

For tank, personally i would go for SK,he can do anything that other tanks do
and can be really impressive in pvp if you know the way of tank of course :P

guys i dont understand why you all insist in that HE is the best archer.
Give examples.Why he makes difference form others?

Well even i hate humans in general in this game i can explain why HE is the best acher. To be honest i believe that in every specialisation humans hold the first place(in pvp at least), with minimal exceptions. About HE...

HE str40 con43 dex30=113 men25(for mdef) with SNIPE

PR str41 con32 dex34=107 men26 with DEAD EYE

SR str36 con36 dex35=107 men26 with RAPID FIRE

So what HE lacks is dex. Not only he can make up for it with a dye +4dex-4con but also HE has a passive for crit rate and att speed from when he was a rogue when SR has only crit rate and PR has none! Of course PR has hex and power break but believe me in an organised pvp PR and SR have
nearly no chance. Snipe is far better when fighting ranged opponents when Dead eye decreases the already low att sp of PR and Rapid fire makes SR an easy target in mass battles.Although my favourite race is the dark elven i have to admit that they have nearly no chance of beating an EQUALLY skilled human. Although i have noticed that humans many times are the less skilled players that's why i have beaten many HE with my PR :lol:. But when it comes for a skilled human things are really hard.
(Note:HE lacks Ultimate evasion)

As far as it concerns tanks, I think tha paladin exceeds others in defence, and is being A LOT improved with the new lvl 79 skill, which reincarnates him with full buffs, but it is a lot of pain to find the pheonix blood. About archers, I really think the HE exceeds in balance and is the only 1 that has [b]2[/b] unique skills ( hawk eye and snipe ). PRs suck in atk speed and are just good, but SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW nukers. SRs can defeat easier mages though, with the help of his spirit barrier. In olympiad, I wouls support HE for the good balance and exceed of the other 1s. SR survive ONLY WITH ++++++++ WEAPONS.

i have been used Hawkeyes for a very long time and the best A grade armor its Tallum Plate Armor because thats the armor with more atk spd and also u get P atk (Atk. Spd. +8%, weight limit +5759, Poison and Bleed Resistance +80%, STR+2, and CON-2.) i know u get -2CON but HE have good CON so -2 doesnt really make so much diference

Nice setting you got going but a HE in MJ light would own a HE in tallum anytime. Why? its simple. More p.atk and passives from Light Armor Mastery which is the top mastery for archers. Lighter and faster.
Tallum plate is good for atk speed but its not the best choice for any archer.
If you really want a balanced A grade armor for archers go DC light. You got a bonus for both p.atk and atk.speed. Tallum Heavy just doesn't cut it, well unless you are fighting another archer in NM Heavy maybe :roll:

In olympiad SR vs HE same skills same gear. How should the SR play so he can beat HE v.easy:

(self buffing ofc) : with 2 seconds before go trigger u use ultimate evasion.

U hit and fast run so the chance to miss increases, u do this till cp is down.

After cp is down u run from him, he cant follow cuz his blocked in snipe mode, u get out of his range and heal urself and then u go back and kill him ... crit rate is higher for SR... SR also have dyes not only HE :P

SR > HE anytime if the SR is skilled and knows how to play his class

yeah,SR is the fastest,but HE is the strongest.he has lots of hp/cp which can be used for his advantage and snipe+stunshot can own before you get out of range and heal which by the way,the he can do too :) so the sr has no real advantage in running and healing

1 QUESTION JUST ONE,HAS ANY OF YOU GUYS EVEN PLAYED AN ARCHER IN HIS LIFE?TALLUM PLATE IS NOT A GOOD FRANCLY THE BEST ARMOR FOR AN ARCHER-IT HAS - 2 CON (NORMAL DYES FOR ARCHERS GIVE-8/-9CON)AND IN ARCHER VS ARCHER ITS THE STUN THAT MATTERS -LOW CON = NO STUN RESIST.SO ARCHER VS ARCHER USE MAJ LIGHT AND THE OTHER ONE CAN WEAR A DC ROBE IF HE LIKES SO ...I TOLD YOU ONCE I WILL TELL IT AGAIN.YOU NEED 2 SETS OF ARMORS FOR OLYMPIAD OR JUST GENERALY FOR PVP.DOOM LIGHT AND MAJ LIGHT.HAVE EM ON MACROS FOR QUICKLY DRESS.AGAINST A MAGE CLASS GO FOR THE DOOM.AGAINST A FIGHTER GO FOR MAJ
