As far as tats go, you will want +STR to increase your dps in PvE. Once you have all your skills and you start PvP, I'd suggest you get rid of any tats, except for a +WIT/-INT(you have a few magic skills that will benefit from the increased cast speed, and you don't need INT anyway.)

Dances
PvE: crit damage, attack speed, patk(substitute this one with dance of light when fighting undead mobs). 74+ add the vampire dance.
PvP: crit damage, attack speed, dance of bladestorm(when fighting archers), include Waterguard when fighting SpS

Songs:
PvE: crit rate, pdef, optionally runspeed
PvP: crit rate, pdef, mdef, windstorm, include the various resist songs when fighting mages.

Buffs: That's pretty much obvious, you're a fighter. add acumen for your magic based buffs.
