i can't seem to find it anywhere :P
(maybe i overlook some store).
Is it drop item only?

If you play Hellbound+, go in Dark Elf Village at grocery store and buy there Hex sb.
Since CT1.5, all spellbooks needed to learn skills from 40 to 74 are sold in grocery stores in newbie towns according to characters classes.
All SB's except combo buffs from PP/SE/EE/WC.
