No. Lethal chance is only influenced by focus skill mastery and luck. Dex has no effect on that.

No. Simple skill mastery is influenced by STR. Focus skill mastery is a toggle, u can turn on, and it should be turned on when using skills which can have nice side effects, like stun and lethals ^^

focus skil mastery the togle should increase skil sauces rate .. but when i use it i dont see diference with stun shots sucess .. where is the point ?

On offie criticals on skills(double) and magic critical rate on skills depends on lvls also.
If i'm high, lvl85 for example and i pvp with someone 78 i give many doubles on skills and many magic critical hits.
I do believe that lethal chance is influenced by dex. On offie best dagger on oly is WR.

have u tested it properly Shalana...?
i doubt focus skill mastery has that effect.
then again ye abyss sux....no doubt xd but too lazy to start over :P

I made a test with my brother in arena. With focus skill mastery on u do more lethal (i mean halfkill). Without it from 30 lethal shot 2 was lethal. With focus skill mastery on i made 3 from 30.

It sounds soo stupid that im ashamed, maybe it was pure luck xD

10% lethal shot with skill mastery? or lethal blow? or lethal apple :D ?
