Every class has its own Skill Master. You find them in starting villages and big towns. Click NPC's and choose "Learn Skills". Sooner or later you will find "your" master. Human fighters --> Warrior guild Artisans --> Blacksmith Scavengers --> Warehouse Orc mystics --> The Seer in the Orc guild Human mystic/wizard --> the churces -------- and so fourth........
