Alcie, SE, as a support can't go for -INT so you do +WIT - MEN and +CON -STR

+4 str +4 con -8 dex and +4 wit -4 int....or forget the wit and go for +5 str even tho wit is pretty helpfull and +1 str won't make that much difference....
