Ppl! How are you today?? I have a question about SK debuffs landing in GF ...

In an ENDGAME pvp, how many chances i got to land any debuff (mostly sting and hex) with same gear and a little OE skills?? And what about the cubics? They land pretty often, or just they dont? (obviously OE them too)

BEcause i was reading here that in G. Epilogue is really hard to land any debuff ... but couldn't find anything about GF ...

little OE is not enough. skill lvl increases with enchant, and too big difference like 85 lvl vs 79 lvl skill (+~8) is enough to make this skill not landing at all. decent enchant will increase its lvl and chance of landing greatly as well
