normal hits only, and the perfect shield defense can blocks physical skills ( not sure if it does on IL) |

Server is New Dex IL x 5 ( should be with retail fails ). Ty, for reply - so there is chance to block physical skills, but for a magical skills ....has a chacne to block it or not ? Ty |
