Where it says "Any and all buffs applied to a summoner character are automatically applied to the servitor pet also"

Does this apply to Summoner classes only? Cause im sure Ive seen it working with other classes on l2j servers, with self buffs like UD working on wolves and the like. Can anyone from retail/l2off confirm this?

Servitors are only the pets, summoned with class skill.
Doesn't work for wolves, strider and else...
