Necro aka Soultaker has a skill called Forget Lv 13 (max): Takes away an enemy's will to attack. i am not sure what it really does... it sounds like it takes away the targets will to attack which means it cousing enemy to cancel their target? and is it 100%? if more info can be provided, i will be grateful. |

I dont have the land rates, but it essentialy its the opposite effect of aggression. It decreases the mob's aggro towards u. Same as charm from elves |

This is not target cancelling skill. It lowers the aggression of the mob towards you and no, it doesn't work on other players. |
