1. plus how much % does Empowering Echo increase the m atk?


2. Is Throne of Wind useful in oly or pve? (I dont know how and what damage is makes)


3. What's the power of Wind Vortex Slug and has it a long casting speed?

that empowering echo is useles, unless you have clarity, but even then it's useless.

well one place where it can be usefull only pvp, but remember, it's increases mana consumption, mage without mp = dead meat

and i'm not sure, but wind wortex slug working then when other player cast on you wind vortex, with slug you can reflect him back, so it's kinda useful in oly against same class profesion

lol no.
wind vortex slug can only be used when YOU land wind vortex effect on ur enemy, then with slug you will "remove" the wind vortex effect from him but you will make GREAT damage is fast cast afaik.

well 1st.... imo emp echo is just awsome....you spend more mana but you get like 1k m attack (not 100% sure) i dunno if it worths in farming but in pvp you will surely notice the difference....

2nd...wind vortex slug is an extremely powerfull attack that you can only use when your opponent has the effect of wind vortex....it's an instant attack like less than 0.5 secs....after you use it the effect of wind vortex disappears

3rd i know nothing about throne of wind :D :D

Throne of Wind is a DoT attack.
useless on PvE and PvP
The mana you'll spend on it worth more if you cast hurricanes.

You didn't need Icarus, not with Arcane Power and Empowering Echo.
Slow > Surrender To Wind > Wind Vortex > Hurricane > Hurricane > Slug.

facking agree.....in oly for example if you have emp echo and arcane power and if surrender/vortex lands....lool it's gg for almost every class.....in buffed pvp 1 on 1....well i think SH has a great advantage against many classes....

I want to take back on Lineage, but with my crap computer it's hard. I'm working and have no time, when I'm on the internet night here in Brazil), I'm talking with my GF by MSN, so I have no time to play L2 anymore. :P
