If you have an archer, the 3% chance focus is rubbish.. Lol. You're better off with the master focus. 33 arrows on average for it to fire up. Maybe for pve. Cuz in pvp you're long dead. Unless it's stacked mass pvp, but even then your crt rate is high and it won't matter that much. |

+1  But still, 30 crt rate > 30% crt rate for 15 secs with 3% chance of activating imo. If it's oly style it sucks, you'll get like 50 crt rate at a low chance. And stacked it doesn't really matter anyway. |
