What is the lowest lvl for SE to recharge my SH 75 lvl? now i have SE 60lvl and it recharges for 0 mp

Soon you will start recharging with like 1~15 MP.. even if your SE is 72 you will not recharge with maximum.. it will be lowered, a little but still lowered.. In conclusion -> you recharge more as the lvl difference gets smaller |

Well, I can tell you this: yesterday I tried to recharge a 72 sps, I was 65. Recharge power 115. The sps had mana gain maxed out. I would recharge for around 120. Take note that without mana gain I would have recharged for ~60. If my lvl was perfect, I would recharge for ~200. So the answer is that you need to get as close as possible in level. |

aint the diff 10 lvls?cuz se 67 recharged my cardi 77 in pagans |
