After augmenting my weapon i got skill "Doom". (Active: Temporarily blocks all of the target's physical/magic skills.) But when i try to use it, it says: "Item skill: Doom can not be used due to unsuitable terms." i didn't tried it on player yet, just on mobs. Somebody knows where i'm mistakin' ?
At first i used the skill with PW lvl 64 sub and i thought it was the low lvl to blame. And then with MS lv 76 and didnt work as well, so is not the lvl. Maybe it only works on player? I agree i dont know it all.

It doesn`t work on NPC-s only on mobs and ppl usualy...

Yes, i ported to death pass just to test it on mobs, i just got the SS after soe. I still think is a bug, what u think ?
Hmmmm or is it possible to work only on flagged player, and not on party member as well, like curse of doom of necro's ? Except necro can use it on mob ...

L2 off, Interlude, 7x and i tried it on player, it works after flag. That is only normal. Problem is it doesnt work on mobs, since they dont flag .
