Is there any effects to the P.atk of my summon when i subtract my Int?

coz someone tells me that if i get some points from my Int, the damage of my summon will be affected, it will lower.

Is this a good tatoo:

-4 int +4 wit
-4 int +4 men


-4 str +4 dex
-4 str +4 con

Please give me some knowledgeable advice

You can decrease your Int. The summon will hit the same thing.
-8 INT +4 WIT +4 MEN -5 STR +4 CON
or
-9 INT +4 WIT +5 MEN (Yeah, I think Men is better than wit) For "DD" Build
