i have a SH lvl 71, still using ava robe set, wiz tear with acu and BO accessory set.

i play on an low-rate(x2 only), offie retail-like server.
server is in hellbound.
by retail-like, i mean no mods, no gm shops etc.

i was exping in VOS since lvl 52, but i'm beginning to be sick of the place... lol
well, there are mobs that are still green, and still give quite a good amout of exp.
but as i said, i'm beginning to be sick of the place and i would want to know any alternate place i can go solo exp with CH buffs.

an ideal alternate place for me should have mobs that can be killed in 2 nukes and drops a-grades.

Shrine of Loyalty

SoL is quite high lvl for CH buffed... and sometimes its hard to find at least two mobs to respawn just for you maybe WoA would be better. There is even one moblike NPC that gives you empower3 , but again, quite high lvl...

SoL is one of the easiest places imo, especially for a nuker.
But WoA is indeed a good idea, just it's not 2-3nukes.

i've tried to exp at WoA once, but my MP drains very fast there cuz mobs there dont drop herbs.
since i'm exping with only CH buffs, MP is quite a problem since i don't have any recharger.
and with 3+ hits with hurricane, btm will not be able to keep up, it cannot regen my MP as much as i lose MP.

there are two things i want to know about SoL.
- do mobs there drop herbs?
- how do i get there? (well aside from walking from WoA of course)

Well, that's why I said SoL. There's plenty[or just] 1x mobs there that drops herb. Exp-d with WLk there[yeah I know, lame, but I didn't have buffs for that time and neither mp].
You can tp there with dawn or dusk.

Outside goddard , CDL mobs are 1 hit down , exp is fast and the besti thing ^^ mana herbs drop so u don't need to go to clan hall

giseraec: well i'm kinda careless when it comes to my char. so it means, using CDL as my main attack may cause to me loose exp. and to tell you the truth, i'm somewhat traumatic with CDL, cause i have died 20-30x using that skill due to may carelessness
although that place is good, i ruled it out of my options cause too many players exp there.

yes, CDL is very riski if u dont keep looking around, keeping mobs at distance, sometimes it fails and u dont 1-shot the mob and u may be unaware and die. Or, since ur clan has CH, it proly has wars (maybe not, CH means nothing ^^), so that may be another risk factor. But u should try SoL, its rly good there, but dont use CDL cos sometimes more than 1 mob agros u :/

U can try Forest of Dead. Mobs go in 2 or 3 hits and the exp is pretty good cause of the high killing rate and herb dropping.

giseraec: its not that i fail at pve. but fyi, there are many mobs in vos that are aggro and all are social aggro. at just 52, CDL was my main attack in vos, so there were many times that i got backstabbed or killed by the social aggro mobs.
just want to make this thing clear, there are many times that i died, BUT NOT ALWAYS.
and because of this, CDL is not my thing anymore.
and as i recall, some mobs outside goddard are aggro and all are social aggro. so what happened to me in vos is likely to happen there if i use CDL as main attack.
also, some players outside goddard belongs to a clan that we are at war with. another prob if i use CDL.

please do remember that i only play at a low rate server so i'm avoiding to die cuz exping is hard.

archfiend: i only go at FOD if i have a tanker with me, and if it is night time there. there are incredible number of mobs but its both good and bad.

- if i go solo, i can be mobbed easily especially at night time, hence the party with a tank.
- if i go FOD at morning, its hard to find mobs.
well you get the idea.

anyway, i'll try SoL today, and i hope i'll like it there.

forest of the dead!there are also zombies that are slow asses so u can even use cdl-2 nukes=down

dont forget that at night some facking bats appear in fotd that nuke u and make often MCs cause they have wm

At lvl 71 it's great to farm in shrine of loyality or swamp of Screams depending on how good you're at PvE.
The best possible gear when just doing pve with just herbs is Demonic set + Weapon (SA Magical Power), Dye +5 INT is also important. If you have this set, you won't need to use Hurricane at all on mobs but onlt Death spike and CDL, which is great because DS uses a lot less MP with the same power as Hurricane.
Using this setup you can one-shot most 1x hp mobs in shrine at lvl 74. Matk is the important stat for a Spellhowler in Pve, not the casting speed.

(i might add that i prefer the acumen SA on SoM because of the difference in value and that you mostly fight 2x HP mobs or higher when you get that setup.)
