Imo, either +4 con -4 dex. Or +4 str -4 dex.
This guy prefers different and maybe he's right.

I Need Right Dyes For Tyrant In RPG Server No In PvP 
My Tyrant have: DC Light SET Bellium R.Haste And He Is 75LvL... I Think Right Now He DOn't Need Dyes...But...i don't know

Dex for tyrant is not needed. Go to str and con. |

Til bison it's fine or if you want to go w/o it. But if you plan to use bison all the way, then yeah, only +str. |
