hey guys i am going to start a new char (overlord) in a X7 server (no npc buffs) plz tell me a way to lvl-up i mean for xping i need robe/light/heavy? what weap? what SA? what class is good compined to kill mobs in catacombs? overlord also needs a lot of money to lvl-up?

i got good clan able to help...i just dunno overlord's playstyle. Orc mages are the only chars i have NEVER played before

As an ol u should mainly lvl in a party healping your clan mates with a crowd control. OL use robes (more mp for seals, buffs, etc +better cast speed) and mostly one-handed mage blunt ( more m atk = better debuff land rate; sa acumen) + ofc shield. Since it is low rate (so i belive no mp pots) it would be a nice idea to have a second weapon, low grade blunt with mana up/conversion SA witch will help u save some mp for example while buffing.

Party with clan members.
Try to solo exp is waste of time IMO.

Since when did a clan "NEED" an OL i play 1 and every buffer in the game is better than OL that we are useless to a clan .

Ol is an important part of a siege. It's stupid to say that ol is a bad buffer. Tell me another class with heal cp. Tell me another class with vop.

Yeah, OL is awesome but it's hard to lvl.. almost impossible to solo and you must relay on clan's help.. But I'm sure they will party you ^-^

My money goes to the ol as the hardest class to level in the game. You actually have to solo to a good lvl.
Usually people make ols as a second char. For example you make a dwarf (let's say a spoiler) to make money. You get into a good clan (ofc some work must be done) and only then you make an ol. That is only if the clan realises how important it would be to have an ol in plus.

There's another possibility. Go get yourself into a farmers' clan. Where you see a guy with a sin eater, ask him to party you while he's farming. Or even ask, anyone farming and doesn't want xp. It's tricky tho...

WAZA go read offical forums before you run your mouth like a kindergartner and call people an idiot. We aren't the best buffers by a long shot if we were we would be the buff pets of the game but we aren't that is mostly SE, and PROPHET . Like you said we are best healer then wheres our res skill at and cp heal isn't anything special anymore since all classes can spam cp pots in game. You need to get seals to land in order to be helpful at aoe partys and i'm not set up for that so i can't comment on it.

Gotta get high enough to seige and then yes at end game all the Dominators say that is when we are usefull till then it's WC.

dude , the CP heal is everything in pvp , get 2 OLs and your clan can kick ass

Best buffer remains OL just because u can buff EMpower , zerk , VOP to all your clan at a raid boss and on pvps the enemy wont wait until u fucking buff all , with OL/WC is quick and for all , u dont need 3 SE and 3 PP for all ppl , do you imagine how long it takes for a PP to fullbuff it's all party of fighters ?

if some pve'rs from official forums tell you that SE and PP is better you kiss their ass and say the same thing , well you have to think for your own frm now on

first: Who ever say that a clan doesnt need an OL is quite nooby

my clan has 188 members. When we were sieging and then pvping we were 101 ppl active. Some parties had WC, some parties had pp... A Domi used his main buffs (might/shield/c.speed/dw/emp/ww/eva/emblem/fist) and in the end he VoPed us all. Too bad he wasnt 80lvl so he can make the whole clan invernuble. Thats it. 1min and 101 ppl had quite cool buffs. PP and WC just used some of their buffs to complete the parties... Try to buff 100 ppl with pps and WCs. Not mention tha CP restore.

Now i had exp once an OL on a stupit private x5 server.

Till 61 i was exping as fighter. heavy armor and blunt with SA health. No magic skils. Soul cry always and some times i used soulguard. Sometimes i was using a seal or two just to safe exp. When mp runned out i was waiting to full and i was starting again. same way. for D buy whatever you want. For C grade try to buy yaksa health and a compo set is fine. B grade BW heavy and aoba or dmg health.

above 61 is too hard to exp solo and its a waste of money on low rates servers to craft/buy A heavy armor and weapon. So i crafted DC and BoMT and i was exping with my clan

OL is top char. very difficult to manage mp and far more difficult to solo exp. but its realy powrfull and usefull
